Starts by building a relationship with the therapist that is founded on trust and encourages the client’s personal growth. This relationship is a safe place to explore many common issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression, romantic relationship struggles, trauma bonding, perinatal, imposter syndrome, and issues specific to women. The client will be taught effective coping mechanisms to better manage these issues and regulate their emotions.
